1. Nature of the Project

The getty software is licensed under AGPL v3 up to version 1.1.5. If you possess this version, you may run it self-hosted or use a hosted instance operated by third parties if you have the code. These Terms govern the use of the application and do not cover liability for the use of any prior version by third parties up to version 1.1.5.

2. Acceptance

By using getty (in any mode), you fully accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the hosted instance and/or stop running the software.

3. License

Important

This software is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0) up to version 1.1.5.

© 2026 getty (λ) Lambda Studio. All rights reserved.

  • It is prohibited to:
    • Distribute, copy, modify, or reverse engineer.
    • Use the code outside the authorized service.
    • Access the source code without express authorization.

4. User Responsibility for Data

  • You are solely responsible for the content, configurations, tokens, and keys you enter.
  • In hosted mode, the operator only sees data strictly necessary for operation (minimal technical logs); they do not access the internal content of your configuration files unless you voluntarily share it for support.

5. Non-Custodial / No Direct Access

Getty does not hold funds or control your wallets; it only reads public or authorized data for visualization and goal calculation. It does not request or require private keys.

6. Third-Party Integrations

When you enable integrations (Odysee, Discord, Telegram, Twitch, or others), you also accept the terms and policies of those platforms. The getty software is not responsible for changes, unavailability, rate limits, or data loss caused by external services.

7. Permitted Use

It is prohibited to:

  • Use getty for illegal activities, fraud, phishing, or malware distribution.
  • Attempt to breach the security of other instances.
  • Perform scraping or abuse that generates excessive load on third-party APIs.
  • Deliberately bypass technical limitations.

Danger

Use for illegal activities may lead to account suspension or blocking of features.

8. No Warranties

The getty software is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties: merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, continuous availability, or absence of errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the authors and contributors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages, loss of profits, data, or use, arising from or related to the use or inability to use getty.

10. Updates and Changes

The Terms may be updated by versioning this page. Continued use after changes implies acceptance. Version history will be maintained in source control.

11. Legal and Tax Compliance

You are responsible for any tax or regulatory obligation derived from tips, donations, or other flows shown via getty.

12. Termination

You may stop using the software at any time. The operator of a hosted instance may suspend access for violations of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Venezuela. Any dispute related to the hosted service shall be submitted to the competent courts of such jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
